1 NEA'S ALLEY POLICIES:
- In accordance with Bermuda Law, this is a non-smoking property.
- This is a limited service hotel with daily maid service. Front desk hours are limited to mornings.
- Hotel occupancy is 7.25%, service charge is 10% and hotel levy is $20 per night added to the rates.
- During peak season, there may be minimum stay requirements on some room types in effect.
- One night stays are surcharged an additional $15.
- We require a 2 night deposit paid at time of booking by Visa, MC or Amex.
- The balance is due and taken up to 2 business nights prior to arrival.
- Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to arrival (6 weeks prior for groups), receive deposit back less $30 handling fee per rm.
- A re-booking fee of $30 is applied to deposits. Subsequent cancellations of re-booked reservations result in forfeiture of the entire deposit per room.
